We recovered the concept of the cash desk from the restaurant application.

What is the cash desk?

It is the money that is permanently left in the cash desk in exchanged money. In the Cash Desk applications (CashKeeper, CashLogic, CashDrop, CashGuard, …), it would be those amounts that are deposited in the machine itself. It is also possible to perform functions such as cash in, cash out, payments to suppliers, exchange, …

We recovered from the application of Restaurant the concept of Cash Extraction.

Extraction/Replacement of cash?

Two different concepts:

  • Cash extraction. In certain complexes, when certain amounts of money are reached, the security guards usually go and take away certain amounts so that there are no significant amounts of money in the cash registers that could be stolen.

In the case of Cash Control applications (CashKeeper, CashLogic, CashDrop, CashGuard, …), it is a withdrawal from the cash desk

  • Effective replacement is the same movement as the previous one but in the opposite direction.

Payment to Providers

We recovered the concept of Payment to Providers from the Restaurant application.

Payment to Providers?

When we make payments to providers (normally of a small amount), directly from the POS, in this case we must take into account whether or not we have a Cash Control Box (CashKeeper, CashLogic, CashDrop, CashGuard, …), because it will mean balancing it with the application of Cash….

A ticket is generated for signature by the supplier or the security guard who collects the money.

In description it should be put:

  • The provider who is paid
  • The name of the person who collects the money
