7. CRM – Customer Relationship Management

7.1. Query Clientes (Cardex).

Through this option we will obtain a database according to the premises that we mark and from our Cardex (database of Agencies, Companies and / or Clients

In this example we clearly see that after having selected and obtained a database, it gives us the option to export it directly to MailChimp

We can also schedule these shipments in the task scheduler so that they are done automatically in this way.

One of the important fields when applying any marketing policy is the authorization by the Client that we send information

  • It can be marked in the Client’s own cardex
  • That the marketing acceptance clause is set and that is marked by the client, on the tablet or in the CWM precheckin. The third acceptance clause in the travelers section, and it is this third clause that will be used for the “Send email” parameter of the cardex. This clause is useful for the CWM and the traveler’s signature on a tablet. This clause would be the typical acceptance of the if you want more commercial / marketing emails to be sent to you. If the guest accepts it, in the cardex there is a check that is “Send email” that will be marked as a result of whether this clause is accepted, for the rest of the cardex clients it will not be marked. This parameter will be used in exports to different email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc., being able to configure that they are only sent to those who have accepted this clause. To use it, simply fill in the field with the corresponding legal text and it will automatically appear when you sign the police file in the CWM. It will also appear in the PDFs of the traveler / police files / accommodation contracts, but obviously if they are printed and the guest marks them “by hand” we have no way of relating it to the parameter of the cardex described above, unless it is marked manually in the Customer’s Cardex.

7.4. Query Clientes (Historical)

Similar to the previous option 7.1., But in this case it interacts on the data that is possessed in the history of each Client

7.7. SMS / Email (Stays)

It is to send an SMS / Email to the guests who are staying at the Hotel. The SMS / email format is the one defined in section 7.G.

7.G. Setup SMS / Email (Stays)

It is to send an SMS / Email to the guests who are going to enter / leave the Hotel today. The SMS / email format is the one defined in section 7.H. and 7.I.

7.2. Profiles by Agency / Company

The data of the selected customer is framed in red

At all times we are comparing the total data of the hotel in the marked period, with those of the corresponding Agency / Company, knowing therefore the weight of said agency over the total

In the last part of this report we find the total billing made in the period and total collections made, with which we will know the technical fixed assets of said client (how many days we are financing him)

7.5. Dossier of Predicted Entries

Through this option we obtain a very useful pdf in which it indicates who will enter between the dates that we indicate, if they are VIP, and with the complete data that they have (historical, stays, occupations, …, observations,. ..), so that the Commercial Director can act accordingly and especially if the Hotel is 5 * GL .
