Emails for each Failure/departament/machine/others
In the “Failures and maintenance” module it is possible to configure an email for each type of failure, department, machine and others in addition to the email defined in “Control parameters”. To do this, go to the masters of each type and configure those emails that are necessary.
Once the email has been configured within each type in each master, the system will analyse the emails to which the fault or maintenance should be sent.
The operation corresponds, first a mail is sent to email if it is defined in the type of fault, the following, if the fault or maintenance has defined the type different from “Room”, it looks for in the masters the type department/machine/other and if it has email configured it makes an extra sending of the fault or maintenance, and finally it makes the sending to the mail defined in “Control parameters”.
